The ideal candidate will be able to read, write, interpret documents, and solve problems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills are required. Strong communication and team-building skills are essential, along with motivational leadership abilities. Manufacturing or production experience is preferred, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience being ideal.
