ABOUT THE JOB

• Understand and adhere to all safety, health, quality, Food Safety, GMP, and company policies and procedures.
• Supervise and develop production personnel.
• Monitor processes and equipment to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance operations.
• Complete and maintain all required documentation promptly and accurately.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will be able to read, write, interpret documents, and solve problems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills are required. Strong communication and team-building skills are essential, along with motivational leadership abilities. Manufacturing or production experience is preferred, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience being ideal.
