Job summary

Archer Meat Snacks is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations at our San Bernardino, CA facility on 2nd shift. This hands-on leadership role drives operational excellence by improving KPIs, developing teams, and ensuring food safety and regulatory standards are met.

You will work with plant leadership and cross-functional teams and coach line leads and production staff. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, OSHA-compliant workplace, ensuring USDA/HACCP/GMP compliance,

Qualifications

• Lead, coach, and develop line leads and production staff.
• Ensure USDA, HACCP, and GMP compliance across all production activities.
• Optimize staffing levels and minimize overtime.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

• Collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime and address equipment issues.
• Drive daily output to meet production goals while ensuring product quality.
• Oversee documentation for safety, quality, traceability, throughput, and yield.
• Participate in and lead training initiatives, including the development of S.W.I.s.
• Actively engage in plant leadership meetings and process improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a backup to Line Leads or Production Team Workers as needed.
• Collaborate with HR and the Production Manager on hiring, coaching, and disciplinary actions.

Location & Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site role based in our San Bernardino, CA production facility. Flexibility for shift coverage, including potential weekend or off-shift work, is important for success.
