Job summary

Archer Meat Snacks is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Vernon, CA facility. This is a 2nd shift (3:30pm–12am) role with a salary range of $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 annually plus bonus.

Lead daily operations, drive KPIs, and coach the team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while developing your staff and optimizing labor.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience in food production.
• Strong understanding of USDA, HACCP, and GMP compliance.
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing and labor optimization.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills; able to develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, OSHA-compliant workplace and foster a safety-first culture.
• Ensure USDA, HACCP, and GMP compliance across all production activities.
• Lead, coach, and develop line leads and production staff.
• Optimize staffing levels, manage labor efficiency, and minimize overtime.
• Collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime and address equipment issues.
• Drive daily output to meet production goals while ensuring product quality.
• Oversee documentation for safety, quality, traceability, throughput, and yield.
• Participate in training initiatives and plant leadership meetings.
