Job summary

Archer Meat Snacks is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in our San Bernardino, CA facility. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency by coaching line leads and production staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance across all activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of leadership experience in food production.
• Strong understanding of USDA, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing and labor optimization.
• Effective communicator with strong conflict resolution and coaching skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Results-driven with a team-first mentality and a hands-on leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, OSHA-compliant workplace and foster a safety-first culture.
• Ensure USDA, HACCP, and GMP compliance across all production activities.
• Lead, coach, and develop line leads and production staff.
• Optimize staffing levels, manage labor efficiency, and minimize overtime.
• Collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime and address equipment issues.
• Drive daily output to meet production goals while ensuring product quality.
• Oversee documentation for safety, quality, traceability, throughput, and yield.
• Participate in and lead training initiatives, including the development of S.W.I.s.
• Actively engage in plant leadership meetings and process improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a backup to Line Leads or Production Team Workers as needed.
• Collaborate with HR and the Production Manager on hiring, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
