The Production Unit Supervisor is responsible for the safe, consistent daily operation of the production of Photovoltaic cells following required quality standards. Directs and coordinates activities of associates to achieve daily manufacturing objectives and maximize operational efficiency and profits.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in a manufacturing production setting.
• 1 year of experience in a supervisory/team lead role.
• Experience in Photovoltaic or other Semiconductor manufacturing preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to self-manage.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees and direct a team of process operators to achieve daily manufacturing objectives.
• Organizes and directs work assignments for assigned employees.
• Maintains a safe work environment which includes enforcing all safety policies and enforcing strict adherence to all PPE requirements.
• Monitors and ensures that all safety, quality, and other manufacturing and engineering procedures are implemented and followed by enforcing productivity, quality, cost, and customer standards.
• Actively participates in continuous improvement activities consistent with company objectives.

Compensation:

$70,000 to $75,000 per year annual salary.
