VP of Continuous Improvement Recruitment at FPC of Savannah

Seeking growth in medical device manufacturing operations? The right fit for this client will be highly autonomous and thrive in an organization without red tape or rigid structures. This leader will partner with site leadership to establish KPIs on the shop floor and improve visual management to reduce backlog (sales are strong). You will also mentor direct reports and foster a culture of accountability and ownership.

1st & 2nd shift opportunities available. Please note your preference upon application!

Responsibilities

• Supervise manufacturing activities throughout the value streams.
• Maintain and improve manpower utilization to maximize labor efficiencies.
• Establish KPIs, measure progress, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop and train employees, conduct personnel reviews.
• Understand and adhere to all FDA, GMP, and ISO requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma with relevant experience considered.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in medical device manufacturing or a similar industry.
