Job summary

BFC Solutions, the nation’s leader in HVAC preventative maintenance, is seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to lead our second shift in Nashville.

If you’re a strong people leader in a fast-paced environment, you’ll develop production plans, supervise staff, coach performance, and ensure safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and process-improvement skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing tools and general equipment maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to create and follow structured production processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of production staff to meet and exceed daily goals.
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules for optimal efficiency.
• Monitor operations to ensure safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Provide hands‑on training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and evaluations for second shift team members.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records and generate production reports.
