Job summary

Bonded Filter Company is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Nashville, TN. This salaried role leads a manufacturing team, drives daily goals, and upholds safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong problem‑solving and process improvement skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing tools and general equipment maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to create and follow structured production processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of production staff to meet and exceed daily goals
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules for optimal efficiency
• Monitor operations to ensure safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Provide hands‑on training, coaching, and performance feedback
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and evaluations for second shift team members
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and company policies
• Maintain accurate records and generate production reports
