Coca-Cola Consolidated in Nashville is hiring an Operator Manufacturing IV to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines. You will inspect parts, adjust tooling as needed, and lead peers on the line to ensure quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities include training new associates, performing changeovers, palletizing, stretch wrap, RF tablet tasks, and safe handling of products in a noisy, temperature-controlled environment.

Pay Range: $23.40 - $25.20 per hour depending on experience
Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm, mandatory weekends when needed.
The Operator Manufacturing IV is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performing preventive maintenance on assigned machines. The Operator Manufacturing IV also inspects parts and makes adjustments or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality specifications. This position assists with setting up and operating production equipment following established procedures and guidelines, and adjusting machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, and in a timely fashion. The Operator Manufacturing IV also serves as a peer leader for their assigned production line.
