We have an opening for a Production Supervisor on an off shift; Weekend PM shift (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 6:30 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.) at our Mequon, WI location.
The Production Supervisor leads employees to safely produce our customer's product to the appropriate quality standard, aligning with customer expectations and KTP's policies and procedures. This includes managing production efficiencies, waste control, human resources, safety, and quality concerns.

Essential Functions:
- Maintain and promote safety in all aspects of the facility during your shift.
- Uphold all quality procedures and programs related to shift operations.
- Maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Organize the workforce and set staffing levels appropriately without compromising safety, quality, or productivity.
- Accurately manage and report timekeeping, production, scrap/yields, and other documentation.
- Communicate effectively with subordinates, peers, senior leadership, and other departments and plants.
- Promote teamwork through collaboration on projects across plants and departments to meet objectives.
- Maintain strong work ethics and uphold all KTP policies and procedures.
- Motivate and serve as a positive role model for the team.
- Mentor, train, coach, and develop staff for future responsibilities.
- Assist with job duties across the shift to ensure safe, efficient, and complete operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in supervision or operations management preferred.
- 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and attention to detail skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Project management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
