Job summary

CMC in Martinsburg, WV is seeking a motivated production supervisor to lead daily operations of our precast concrete production. You will oversee safety, quality, and efficiency, while guiding a team of skilled employees.

Qualifications

Supervisory experience in manufacturing or industrial setting.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.
Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and perform physical duties.
Knowledge of concrete mix design and maintenance preferred.
ACI certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily production operations to ensure safe, efficient manufacture of precast concrete products.
Monitor production performance and implement improvements to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals.
Provide leadership, coaching, and development to production employees.
Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with policies and safety procedures.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to support equipment reliability and preventive maintenance.
Monitor labor utilization, overtime, and operating efficiency.
Identify and resolve production issues while supporting continuous improvement.
Maintain high standards of workplace organization, housekeeping, and quality.

Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and perform physical job duties as needed.
Knowledge of concrete mix design, batching operations, and industrial maintenance preferred.
ACI certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification.

High School Diploma or GED required
