Job summary

CMC provides hands-on opportunities in steel reinforcement and ground stabilization industries. This role involves operating equipment, following safety policies, and supporting production goals across kiln operations, form setup, and material handling.

You will work with a team of professionals to maintain clean, safe work areas and meet daily production targets, learning through training and advancement opportunities. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Exposed to high levels of concrete dust.
• Regularly wear protective attire, such as hard hats and steel-toe boots.
• Time management, must understand "urgency" of manufacturing.
• Work with coworkers and supervisors in meeting production goals.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company safety policies and wear personal protective equipment at all times.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure safety.
• Operate hand and power tools in a safe and effective manner
• Work in kilns, set up forms, and/or load and unload finished materials on trucks
