Heidelberg Materials Southeast Agg LLC is seeking a Plant Operations Leader to oversee daily quarry/aggregate production, ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability in our Georgia plant.

In this role you will drive a strong safety culture, manage costs and production targets, and mentor a diverse team to achieve high performance while collaborating with maintenance for continuous improvements.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead daily plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production of aggregates.
• Drive a strong safety culture through proactive leadership, coaching, and compliance with all safety regulations.
• Optimize plant performance by managing costs, production targets, and quality standards.
• Develop, mentor, and engage team members to build a high-performing, accountable workforce.
• Partner with maintenance and support teams to ensure equipment reliability and continuous improvement.

Work Environment

This role operates in a quarry/aggregate plant environment with exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, noise, and heavy equipment. The position requires regular presence in the field, active engagement with team members, and adherence to all safety protocols.
