The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction within a healthcare-focused operation.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in warehouse or plant management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse or plant management.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and oral communication skills.
• Healthcare industry experience a plus.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Production Associates and manage performance.
• Set and maintain production standards and schedules.
• Establish and run a Quality Assurance program meeting customer requirements.
• Implement product control to minimize loss, including audits and load-out management.
• Lead Safety & Health program and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Maintain high associate approval ratings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Production Associates
• Manage production standards
• Manage production schedule that delivers required products
• Establish and manage a Quality Assurance program that meets customer requirements
• Manage product control program to minimize loss
  
  • Clean return audits
  • Load-out management
• Manage Safety & Health Program
  • Ensure full compliance with all OSHA regulations
• Maintain high associate approval rating

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2 years' warehouse or plant management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Strong organizational and oral communications skills
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, motivational, and customer service skills
• Healthcare industry a plus
