Job summary

ImageFIRST is seeking a Warehouse/Plant Operations Manager in Cedar Rapids, IA to lead Production Associates and oversee standards and scheduling to ensure timely product delivery. The role focuses on maintaining quality and efficiency in a healthcare-focused linen service environment.

The position emphasizes establishing a Quality Assurance program, minimizing product loss, and ensuring safety and OSHA compliance, while maintaining a high approval rating among associates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' warehouse or plant management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and oral communications skills.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, motivational, and customer service skills.
• Healthcare industry a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Production Associates

  • Load-out management
• Manage Safety & Health Program
  • Ensure full compliance with all OSHA regulations
• Maintain high associate approval rating

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2 years' warehouse or plant management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Strong organizational and oral communications skills
