Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the operations team supporting various production lines. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a goal-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Kokomo, IN

Pay Range: $30/hr. (Negotiable)

What's the Job?

• Manage small work teams in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Ensure the production plan is met and drive continuous improvement activities.
• Lead initiatives to enhance workplace safety and enforce safety procedures.
• Analyze quality KPIs and guide team leaders in prioritizing quality issues.
• Participate in Kaizen projects focused on safety, cost, quality, and throughput improvements.
  
  

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required. (Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferred)
• 2+ years of supervisory and manufacturing experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work any shift and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of Google Suite software programs is preferred.
