Job summary

Rise Technical seeks an experienced Production Supervisor to own the Kingston, PA production department, with autonomy to improve operations and drive results. You will lead daily shop floor activities, manage workflow, quality, safety and efficiency, providing hands‑on technical support and coaching the team. Commutable from Plains, Pittston, Nanticoke, Dupont, Scranton and Hazleton.

Qualifications

• Leadership and hands-on supervision of a production team in a millwork environment.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/shop drawings.
• OSHA knowledge and familiarity with AWI/Lean manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities

Kingston, PA (Commutable from: Plains, Pittston, Nanticoke, Dupont, Scranton, Hazleton)

Are you an experienced Production Supervisor, Shop Supervisor or Millwork Supervisor looking for a role where you can take ownership of a production department, with the autonomy to make decisions and improve operations, whilst receiving industry training and a clear path for progression.

You’ll join an established manufacturer specializing in high‑end custom architectural millwork, working across a wide variety of industries. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll have the freedom to make your mark and directly influence department performance.

With a strong focus on training and professional development, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your leadership and technical skills while progressing your career within the business.

You will be responsible for leading the production team, managing workflow and quality, resolving technical issues and improving efficiency, safety and overall department performance.

This role would suit a Production Supervisor, Shop Supervisor, Millwork Supervisor, Foreman or Lead Carpenter with architectural millwork experience who wants greater responsibility and autonomy.

The Role:

The Candidate:

• Strong knowledge of custom millwork fabrication and manufacturing processes
