This role drives on-time delivery of commercial millwork projects and leads carpenters, operators, and installers.

The ideal candidate will review drawings, manage materials, and collaborate with project teams to optimize workflow and productivity while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in architectural millwork or cabinet fabrication.
• Previous supervisory or shop management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of millwork materials, fabrication methods, and woodworking machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working on commercial millwork projects preferred.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and meeting production deadlines.

This position plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of commercial millwork projects.

Key Responsibilities
