A leading manufacturer of architectural aluminum products and systems in Bloomsburg, PA is seeking a night Shift Production Supervisor to complete their team!
Base salary is $65,000 to $96,000, based entirely on skill set and experiences.
We are seeking an experiencedProduction Supervisorto lead manufacturing operations at a well-established industrial facility in the Bloomsburg, PA area.
This position is responsible for leading a team of approximately1035 employees, maintaining safe and efficient production, meeting quality and output goals, developing employees, and driving continuous improvement throughout the operation.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who communicates effectively, makes sound decisions, develops people, and knows how to keep production moving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Schedule
- -12-hour night shift:6:00 PM–6:00 AM
- -2-3-2 rotating scheduleover a two-week cycle
- -Every other weekend off
- -Built-in three-day break during the week every other rotation
- -Hours worked over 40 in a week are paid at overtime
- -Weeks scheduled for 36 hours are paid as 40 hours

Key Responsibilities
- -Lead, coach, and develop production employees while maintaining a strong focus on workplace safety.
- -Promote compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements.
- -Spend significant time on the production floor working directly with employees and addressing operational challenges.
- -Monitor production performance and take corrective action when goals are not being met.
- -Drive initiatives involvingLean Manufacturing, 5S, standardized work, process flow, work balancing, and TPM.
- -Lead root-cause analysis and problem-solving efforts to prevent recurring issues.
- -Coordinate staffing, work assignments, scheduling, and overtime requirements.
- -Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- -Partner with other departments and shift leaders to maintain consistent product flow and operational performance.
- -Communicate priorities, expectations, and production results clearly to employees and leadership.
- -Ensure company policies, procedures, workplace rules, and applicable labor requirements are consistently followed.
- -Support employee engagement, performance development, and accountability.
- -Maintain a strong customer-focused mindset while balancing safety, quality, productivity, and delivery requirements.
- -Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen overall plant performance.
- -Perform additional duties as needed to support manufacturing operations.

Minimum Qualifications
- -High school diploma or GED.
- -3+ years of experiencein a manufacturing, industrial, agricultural/farming, military, or comparable environment.
- -At least1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
- -Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- -Employment eligibility verification required at hire.
- -Visa sponsorship is not available.
Preferred Qualifications
- -Associate or bachelor’s degree.
- -Previous supervisory experience in aunionized manufacturing environment.
- -Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- -Experience with Lean Manufacturing or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- -Results-oriented and comfortable working with production data and performance metrics.
- -Self-directed with a strong customer and team focus.
- -Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, includingExcel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access.
