Job summary

CKS Packaging is seeking a skilled 2nd shift Production Supervisor to oversee daily blow molding operations in our Atlanta, GA facility. You will lead a team, ensure production schedules, uphold safety and quality, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training and developing staff, maintaining production records, and driving continuous improvement to meet cost and efficiency goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Production Supervising experience.
• Hands-on experience with blow molding of rigid plastic containers is a plus.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily blow molding production activities.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Train, lead, and develop production team members.
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to maintain optimal machine performance and product quality.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

Monday through Friday (some Saturday's), 3:00pm-11:00pm
