Qualifications

• Experience operating blow molding machines and adjusting settings.
• Ability to retrieve and interpret PLC information and make adjustments.
• Capable of controlling machine settings and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Adjust product weight, color distribution, and cycle times to meet specifications.
• Retrieve PLC programming information, evaluate, and adjust parameters.
• Control and adjust machine settings to ensure efficiency.
• Maintain accurate daily production and quality records.
• Respond to machine alarms and identify root causes.
• Coordinate process operations and communicate with production staff.
• Read logs and notices to stay updated on procedures.
• Maintain a clean work area and practice good housekeeping.
• Troubleshoot preventive maintenance tasks and minor repairs on blow mold equipment.
• Perform daily setup and bottle-size changeovers on all equipment.

• Responsible for housekeeping & maintaining a clean work area
