Job summary

CKS Packaging is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift in Brownsville, TN. You will oversee daily blow molding operations, lead a team, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.

The role requires hands-on supervision, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to maintain accurate production records while driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Production Supervising experience.
• Hands-on blow molding experience optional but a plus.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Train, lead, and develop production team members.
• Supervise and coordinate daily blow molding production activities.
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance.

• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.

CKS Packaging is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Production Supervisors to oversee daily operations in our blow molding department. The production supervisor will ensure efficient production, maintain quality standards, and lead a team to meet safety, production, and operational goals.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Requirements

• Train, lead, and develop production team members.
• Supervise and coordinate daily blow molding production activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Production Supervising experience
• Hands-on, practical experience with blow molding of rigid plastic containers, is a plus but not required
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Monday through Friday (some Saturday's), 12:00am-8:00am
