Job summary

CKS Packaging, Inc is seeking a skilled 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee daily blow molding operations in our facility. You will lead a team, ensure production schedules are met with quality, and drive safety and efficiency on the line.

The role requires hands-on supervision, strong leadership, and a focus on continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years production supervising experience.
• Hands-on blow molding of rigid plastic containers is a plus but not required.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily blow molding production activities.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Train, lead, and develop production team members.
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure OSHA and company policy compliance.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to maintain machine performance and product quality.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
