Qualified candidates have 3+ years of supervisory experience in plastics manufacturing, strong leadership and communication skills, and a practical understanding of manufacturing metrics.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily blow molding and injection molding production activities.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Train, lead, and develop production team members.
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance and company policies.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to maintain product quality.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

2nd Shift Production Supervisor Needed- Houston, TX

Hours:
2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, some Saturday's, 3:00pm-11:00pm

CKS Packaging is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Production Supervisors to oversee daily operations in our blow molding department. The production supervisor will ensure efficient production, maintain quality standards, and lead a team to meet safety, production, and operational goals.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Requirements:

• Supervise and coordinate daily blow molding and injection molding production activities.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Train, lead, and develop production team members.
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to maintain optimal machine performance and product quality.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years Production Supervising experience
• Hands-on, practical experience with blow molding of rigid plastic containers, is a plus but not required
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
