What You Will Do

• Lead an operating team ensuring safety, health, environmental, and quality compliance.
• Promote safety excellence, employee involvement, ownership, and hazard mitigation.
• Coach, train, and develop team members, supporting safety, quality, and production goals.
• Present data and metrics to support team success.
• Minimize waste at machine centers following best practices.
• Address issues, collaborate with other departments, and ensure on-time quality production.
• Plan, assign, and evaluate work, provide feedback, resolve complaints, and hold employees accountable.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience supervising employees in manufacturing, production, industrial, or military environments.
• Ability to work 24/7 rotating shifts.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience managing print & converting or packaging production operations.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate insights effectively.
