Indianapolis, IN - 2nd shift (Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)

This position is responsible for directly overseeing and supporting the employees in the Extrusion department. It also involves processing all orders, recognizing priorities to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction for both internal and external customers. The role requires cross-training in multiple areas to meet department and business needs.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associates or Bachelors degree in business management or related field preferred

Experience:

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience required
• 2+ years of Aluminum Extrusion experience preferred
• 2+ years of leadership experience preferred

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to recognize safety concerns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong listening skills
• Servant leadership qualities and team support skills
• Willingness to participate in continuous education and training
