Job Summary

We are seeking Production Supervisors for a food manufacturing company specializing in tomato-based products. This position is responsible for maximizing productivity and demonstrating continuous improvement in scrap, safety, and quality objectives within a team-based environment.

Job Qualifications and Duties

• Prefer a 4-year degree in Food Science, Management Supervision, or Food Manufacturing Organization (FMO).
• 3-5 years of experience in food manufacturing or a related industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ensure production lines run efficiently while maintaining product quality parameters.
• Conduct safety audits and report food safety and quality issues to management.
• Supervise all hourly packaging employees.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $60,000 to $70,000 annually.
• Overtime paid at straight time after 45 hours per week; supervisors can earn an additional $5,000 to $7,000 per year in OT.
