Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who aspire to inspire and empower employees to deliver customer value through exceptional quality and service. You will supervise and coordinate daily activities of production workers on a shift, with responsibilities including safety, quality, production, shipping & receiving, and maintenance. Your duties will include:

• Inspecting products for conformance and directing machine setup and adjustments.
• Studying production schedules and estimating worker hours.
• Establishing or adjusting work procedures to meet schedules.
• Recommending improvements in production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Suggesting changes to increase operational efficiency.
• Analyzing and resolving work issues, coaching employees.
• Maintaining records of time and production.
• Coordinating with other management departments.
• Documenting incidents and accidents.
• Improving production goals and KPIs.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3 to 5 years experience in a plant environment.
• HS Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Process control experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to train, motivate, and lead employees.
• Willingness to work long and irregular hours, including afternoon or night shifts.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
