Job summary

Steelcase is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Grand Rapids Wood Plant to oversee a production division from raw materials to finished product. You will lead 20–30 hourly staff, drive safety, quality and cost controls, and participate in a leadership rotational program.

You will collaborate with Operations Managers to meet schedules and corporate goals; flexibility to move between manufacturing areas is required. A bachelor's degree or military equivalent is preferred.

• 3-5+ years of proven leadership and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and safety standards.

The target starting base salary for this position is $70,000 - $79,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
