Woodbridge Group is seeking a Supervisor for the production line in our Ohio facility. You will supervise and lead workers, develop procedures for efficient and safe operations, and implement improvements to manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities include upholding Health, Safety & Environment standards, meeting daily production demands, coaching staff, and solving day-to-day issues with cross‑department teams. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years lead experience in manufacturing are preferred.
