Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Union manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead approximately 90 production employees across an assigned shift.
• Manage daily production activities to meet safety, quality, productivity, and delivery goals.
• Provide direction, coaching, and performance feedback to employees.
• Hold employees accountable for attendance, performance, safety, quality, and productivity expectations.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and healthy workplace culture.
• Monitor production performance and address issues that could impact production goals.
• Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and other departments to resolve production issues.
• Ensure employees follow company policies, safety procedures, and standard work instructions.
• Assist with employee training, development, and performance management.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, productivity, and employee engagement.
