Position will communicate closely with other production supervisors to ensure smooth shift changes and will complete and deliver performance evaluations in a timely manner. Position will be responsible for the maintaining of our lean manufacturing and 3D/5S standards. This position is a hands-on opportunity requiring extensive time spent on the production floor.

Responsibilities

Directly supervises production employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations’ policies and applicable laws.

• Responsible for daily production results, which include meeting expectations for quality and safety.
• Responsible for manning assignments for each shift, which varies per part orders and line scheduled
• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully
• Pursues training and development opportunities; shares expertise with others
• Focuses on solving conflict, not blaming; remains open to others’ ideas and tries new things

Education
