The Production Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing operations to ensure work assignments are completed safely, accurately, and on time. This role leads a small team across 1st and 2nd shifts, drives production efficiency, and maintains strict adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards. The Production Supervisor actively operates equipment, supports continuous improvement, and uses technical knowledge of galvanizing and chemical-treated coatings to achieve optimal performance.

This position operates primarily on 1st shift, with core hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and an expectation to arrive early and stay late as needed to effectively run the shift and support the team. The work takes place in a fast-paced, heavy industrial manufacturing environment that is not climate controlled. You may be required to work in various areas of the plant and handle equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and hand tools. Safety is the highest priority, and you must follow all safety procedures and guidelines at all times. This includes wearing appropriate safety gear such as hearing and eye protection, protective clothing, and steel-toed shoes. This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Worth, TX.
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
This is a fully onsite position in Fort Worth,TX.
