Advantage Technical is hiring a Production Supervisor in Fort Worth, TX to lead a fast-paced warehouse operations team onsite. You will supervise hourly staff, assign daily tasks, and drive safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of supervisory experience in distribution, strong communication and leadership skills, and familiarity with labor agreements and union environments. This is a fully onsite role with shift flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year supervisory experience in a distribution center.
• Warehouse or distribution operations experience.
• Knowledge of labor agreements and union environments is beneficial.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and direct hourly warehouse employees.
• Assign daily work to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Manage the flow of inbound and outbound materials.
• Provide supervisory coverage across warehouse operations.
• Build productive relationships with hourly employees, salaried teams, and union representatives.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational processes.
• Complete daily employee time reporting.
• Manage changing priorities, deadlines, and operational demands.
• Accurately apply applicable labor agreements.

Location: Fort Worth, TX (Fully Onsite)

Pay Rate: $33.08/hour

Schedule: Must be available to work any shift, overtime, Saturdays, and some Sundays
