Accurate Personnel is seeking an Onsite Supervisor in Texas to oversee field staff, enforce safety protocols, and proactively support client needs at our Fort Worth/Burleson site.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8am–5pm, with start/end-time flexibility), and a competitive pay range of $24–$26 per hour plus overtime. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifikationen

• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in the industrial staffing industry.
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with timekeeping systems Novatime or Timerack is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced warehouse.

• Manage field employees, including attendance, transfers, coaching, and terminations.
• Ensure safety and policy compliance on site.
• Provide accurate reporting to client and Accurate Personnel.
• Oversee payroll-related timekeeping and daily attendance reporting.
• Walk the site to monitor safety and policy compliance multiple times daily.
• Intervene to resolve issues and maintain service levels.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assist with job offers as needed.
• Support diversity and comply with EEO standards.

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Onsite Supervisor to join our team in Fort Worth/ Burleson Texas!

In this vital role, the Onsite Supervisor will manage the field employee workforce, enforce safety protocols, support client needs proactively, resolve issues in real-time, support attendance and payroll tasks and enhance operational efficiency. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• $24-26/hr. Plus overtime - Depending on experience, paid weekly.
• Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, must be flexible with start/end times.

Responsibilities & Competencies

• Manage field employees, including attendance, transfer requests, coaching and terminations.
• Approach customer service with flexibility and availability for both client and associates.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, providing accurate reporting to client and Accurate.
• Monitor timeclock usage and create and run daily reports for attendance and payroll purposes.
• Walk the floor of the entire site at least 3x daily to monitor safety and policy compliance.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, conflict resolution and customer service skills
• Communicate clearly and work well both independently and in teams
• As needed, Interview candidates, assess qualifications, and make job offers
• Adapt to changing environments and follow company policies
• Support diversity and comply with EEO standards
  

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
• At least 2-3 year of experience in the industrial staffing industry.
• Ability to work within spreadsheets (Excel and/or Google Sheets), Novatime or Timerack exp a PLUS
• Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
