Job summary

RightStone in Fort Worth is seeking a Warehouse Associate to help keep our distribution center organized, safe, and efficient during daytime shifts.

You will operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, maintain clean aisles, assist with dock and floor cleanup, and follow OSHA, SOPs and 5S standards while supporting multiple warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, sweep, and lift pallets and materials throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Must supply steel-toe safety boots before starting.
• Highly dependable with reliable attendance and attention to detail for site cleanliness.
• Willingness to support various warehouse departments and work cooperatively with leads and teammates.

Responsibilities

Join our team in Fort Worth as a Warehouse Associate focusing on facility organization, safety, and operations upkeep. Pay Rate: $18/hr.

Duration: 3-month contract (potential for permanent based on performance).

Schedule: Monday Friday | 7 AM - 4 PM (No Weekends!).

What You ll Do

• Maintain warehouse organization by sweeping production zones, clearing debris, emptying trash bins, and keeping all main aisles clear of obstructions.
• Organize materials and pallets to ensure safe staging, efficient product flow, and easy access for equipment operators and material handlers.
• Support general facility upkeep by sanitizing workstations, monitoring safety hazards, and assisting team members with dock and floor cleanup.
• Operate Forklift-Sit down.
• Uphold workplace safety standards by strictly following OSHA guidelines, facility standard operating procedures (SOPs), and 5S organization rules.

Workplace

This is a 100% onsite role inside an active commercial supply distribution center. You will be on your feet moving across warehouse floor areas, loading docks, and staging zones.

Contract Terms

This is a temporary/contract engagement focused on immediate operational support;standard corporate health benefits and paid time off are not provided during the initial contract duration.
