• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety practices.
• Strong organizational, communication, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Experience driving team engagement, safety, quality and productivity improvements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee receiving, stocking, inventory control, and order filling including truck shipments and customer pick-ups.
• Support a positive team culture balancing quality, productivity, cost, and safety.
• Ensure timely completion of team trainings on Safety, Quality, and company policies.
• Identify and develop talent and plan succession for key roles.
• Conduct daily team meetings to discuss goals and priorities.
• Promote a safe work environment and support quality control standards.
• Select, order and purchase materials.
• Document data on process improvements to boost efficiency and cost savings.

We're seeking an experienced, energetic & results-driven Production Operations Supervisor who has enjoyed success developing teams and leading teams within a fast-paced, high-volume team environment. In this role you'll be responsible for assigning work, implementing policies & procedures. Your skills and expertise are crucial in recommending improvements in production efficiency while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and employee development across warehouse and production activities.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on team supervision to include scheduling and time/attendance management
• Oversee receiving, stocking, inventory control, and order filling operations to include truck shipments & customer pick-ups
• Support positive, accountable team culture to achieve balance in quality, productivity, cost and safety
• Ensure timely completion of team trainings on Safety, Quality and other company policies & procedures
• Identify and develop talent for primary and backup critical roles along with succession planning
• Conduct daily team meetings to discuss goals, company updates, and shifting priorities
• Promote a safe work environment and support quality control standards
• Select, order and purchase materials
• Document data related to process improvements that drive increased operational efficiency and/or cost savings

Qualifications

• High Diploma or GED required; 2 or 4 year degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related desired
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on, direct supervisory experience working in a manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, or assembly operation required with demonstrated success in leading, coaching and engaging diverse teams
• Proficient use of time and attendance systems required (Paycom experience a plus)
• Proficient use of MS Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint required
• Experience in compiling data and producing related reports to leadership
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety practices
• Excellent organizational, time management, communication, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Experience driving team engagement, safety, quality, and productivity improvements
• Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, hands-on operational environment where integrity, confidentiality and professionalism is a daily expectation

Physical | Work Environment Requirements

• Frequently required to walk, bend, lift, and reach overhead
• Ability to repetitively lift, push, and carry 20-35 lbs
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed per business demand
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based production setting
