Job summary

SCN - Search Consulting Network is partnering with a Florida-based manufacturer to hire a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily compounding operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time order completion. The role is full-time and on-site at a Florida facility, reporting to the Plant and Operations Manager.

You will supervise production personnel, coordinate priorities, and mentor employees while upholding GMP and production safety.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily compounding activities and assign work to meet production schedules.
• Partner with production leads to address staffing needs and operational challenges.
• Ensure effective shift handoffs to maintain continuity, quality, and productivity.
• Confirm availability of raw materials, packaging, supplies, utilities, and production tools.
• Enforce safety requirements, GMP guidelines, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Participate in the Safety Committee and train, document, and certify forklift operators.
• Support employee evaluations, development, and corrective actions with management and HR.
• Maintain clean, orderly work areas and promote continuous improvement.

• Participate in the Safety Committee and train, document, and certify company forklift operators.
