Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a plant supervisor for a prestigious client in Colorado. You will oversee plant activities, coordinate maintenance, and support teams to meet production targets at a facility focused on building automation and industrial technology.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, strong leadership and excellent communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office applications. On-site role with comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience related to duties.
• Demonstrated leadership.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Supervises, coordinates and monitors plant activities including equipment maintenance.
• Supports and assists personnel to achieve timely production schedules.
• Investigates abnormal operating events or equipment failures and initiates repairs or modifications as needed.
• Performs daily plant inspections.
• Ensures conformance with policies, safety regulations and applicable laws.
