Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Timberline Landscaping, LLC is an award-winning company serving Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas, creating your little bit of heaven for over 40 years. We offer a full range of services, including landscape design, construction, and maintenance.

Primary Operational Objective:
The Production Supervisor must be thoroughly familiar with and able to perform all aspects of landscape maintenance, including production, scheduling, customer service, and training.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Conduct site inspections for quality and assist crews with assigned tasks.
2. Ensure hours are known to crews and that they are being met on a weekly basis while maintaining quality.
3. Train crews on proper maintenance practices.
4. Ensure all safety procedures are followed and report any unsafe conditions to Safety Manager.
5. Report all accidents/property damage timely and provide supporting documentation.
6. Assist with mobilizing snow removal on properties.
7. Edit and approve time for assigned crews.
8. Contribute to weekly manager meetings by proactively addressing client/crew issues.
9. Research equipment purchases and pricing.
10. Maintain positive relationships with industry partners and vendors.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Ability to lift or move 50+ lbs. (two persons lift over 50 lbs).
• Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, crawling, stretching, and standing.
• This job is an indoor/outdoor position, requiring exposure to all weather conditions, dust, dirt, chemicals/solvents, and odors.
• PPE is provided.
