Job summary

JCW Group is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift at its Northern Colorado pharmaceutical site. This hands-on leadership role ensures safe, compliant, and efficient production and packaging operations on the manufacturing floor.

You will directly supervise hourly staff, uphold cGMP standards, coach team members, and oversee batch records, SOPs, deviations, investigations, and CAPAs to drive quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Direct supervisory experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or packaging.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP as it relates to production and packaging.
• Experience coaching and developing hourly manufacturing employees.
• Experience with batch records, SOPs, production documentation, deviations, investigations, or CAPAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach hourly manufacturing operators on the production floor.
• Ensure GMP compliance and safe operating procedures.
• Manage production scheduling, quality checks, and line performance.
• Oversee batch records, deviations, investigations, and CAPAs.
