United Staffing Associates has been engaged by a food production company to identify an experienced Production Manager to lead third-shift operations in a fast-paced packing and processing environment.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a production professional who can lead people, manage daily operations, and keep production running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The position offers a salary range of $75,000–$80,000 per year DOE and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience.
• Experience supervising and leading a large production team.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work third shift and additional hours as production needs require.

• Assist with production planning, scheduling, and operational priorities.
• Maintain accurate production records and communicate shift results to management.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a production professional who can lead people, manage daily operations, and keep production running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

The ideal candidate brings leadership experience in food processing, beverage production, packing, or a similar high-volume manufacturing environment and is comfortable working closely with employees on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor workflow and staffing to meet daily production goals.
• Ensure production processes and procedures are followed consistently and efficiently.
• Monitor product quality and support quality-control requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of production or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or management experience in food production, food processing, beverage production, packing, agriculture, or manufacturing.
• Experience supervising and leading a large production team.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality standards, and food safety practices.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make decisions and resolve production issues during the shift.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience.
• Ability to work third shift and additional hours as production needs require.
• Dependable, motivated leader who can take ownership of the shift, develop a strong production team, and help ensure operations run safely, efficiently, and consistently.
• $75,000 - $80,000 per year DOE
