Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. This permanent role offers a unique opportunity to lead our production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily production operations, ensuring schedules and targets are met.
2. Lead, coach, and develop the production team, fostering a positive environment.
3. Implement and maintain IPC 610 standards across all production processes.
4. Monitor and optimize resource and material utilization.
5. Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
6. Develop strategies for productivity and efficiency improvements.
7. Collaborate with planning, quality, and engineering departments to resolve issues.
8. Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and promote ongoing development.
9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for processes and products.
10. Manage production documentation and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
2. At least 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
3. Experience with IPC 610 or similar quality standards.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills focused on quality and efficiency.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and manufacturing management software.
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Strong organizational and planning abilities.
9. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in manufacturing.
10. Commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
