Job summary

TDP Bakery in Chandler, AZ is seeking an overnight Production Supervisor to lead the bakery's production team, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. This full-time salaried role reports to the General Manager and offers benefits, a 401(k), and a bonus program.

The candidate will manage staffing and workflows, coach and develop staff, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience in food production and GMP knowledge are preferred.

Responsibilities

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our overnight production team. This position will report into the General Manager and help the TDP team deliver the quality, safety, and efficiency our customers expect. Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams

Preferred

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, food production, or bakery operations
• Previous lead, trainer, or supervisory experience
• Experience with production reporting, labor tracking, inventory control, or downtime management
• Knowledge of GMPs, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
• Experience in high-volume food manufacturing environments
• FSMA or PCQI certification
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience
• Experience with ERP or production management systems
• Exposure to FDA, USDA, SQF, AIB, or customer audit requirements

Schedule Expectations

• Full-time position with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Shift begins at 1:00 AM
• Availability for occasional extended shifts, weekends, and overtime as business needs require
