Job summary

TDP Bakery in Chandler, AZ is seeking an overnight Production Supervisor to lead the bakery's production team, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. This full-time salaried role reports to the General Manager and offers benefits, a 401(k), and a bonus program.

The candidate will manage staffing and workflows, coach and develop staff, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience in food production and GMP knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
• Basic computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily bakery production operations.
• Ensure production, quality, safety, and labor goals are achieved.
• Coach, develop, and motivate production team members and leads.
• Manage staffing, workflow, and shift priorities to meet schedules.
• Monitor product quality and compliance with GMP, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Identify and resolve production, staffing, quality, and equipment issues.
• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Sanitation, and other departments to minimize downtime and improve performance.
• Maintain production, labor, and operational records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
