Job description

Now hiring Production Supervisors on 1st and 2nd shifts to assist operations in a Beaver Dam manufacturing plant. This company is a leading international manufacturer and distributor of tool, die and mold components for the metal working and plastics industries. Candidates should expect to spend 90% of days on the production floor working alongside team members.

Salary: $60,000-$65,000. Expect to supervise 10 to 12 people on regular production.

Schedule:
1st shift Monday-Friday 6:30am-3pm
2nd shift Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Keep production floor on task and prioritize workloads
• Manage the team, analyze productivity and efficiency, and make appropriate changes based on data
• Use company systems to analyze data.
• Analyze open order reports and plan production to ensure that customer demand is met in a timely manner
• Maintain a culture of improvement and engagement to move the business and team forward

Qualifications:

• Supervisor or management experience in a manufacturing industry is required
• In the first 90 days, understand production process and display capability of job duties
