Salary:

Cannon Automotive Solutions, a division of Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, has an immediate opportunity for a Production Supervisor in our Bowling Green, Kentucky Stamping Facility. The Production Supervisor is responsible for guiding the production team to ensure efficient operation of product manufacturing is maintained to exceed customer requirements and company objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong organization skills, be self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Summary of Responsibilities:

• Maintain workflow by monitoring process steps, setting variables, observing control points and equipment, monitoring personnel and resources, facilitating corrections to malfunctions, and fostering cooperation within and between departments.
• Coordinate and review production plans and employee assignments to achieve work results by establishing priorities, monitoring progress, and revising schedules.
• Communicate employee job expectations through planning, monitoring, appraising results, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining.
• Facilitate line changeovers and ensure proper training is completed before task assignments.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to improve productivity and product quality.
• Maintain daily production records and documentation.
• Develop high visibility within the plant.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops, reviewing publications, and networking.
• Enforce company policies to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of supervisory or related experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work a 3-shift model: Midnight, Day, and Afternoon shifts, including required overtime.

Additional Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of supervisory or related experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Adaptability to customer and manager requests.
