Job Description

Now hiring Production Supervisors on 1st and 2nd shifts to assist operations in a Beaver Dam manufacturing plant. This company is a leading international manufacturer and distributor of tool, die, and mold components for the metalworking and plastics industries. Candidates should expect to spend 90% of their days on the production floor working alongside team members.

Salary: $60,000-$70,000 based on shift and qualifications. Wage is not negotiable past 70k.

Schedule:

1. 1st shift: Monday-Friday, 6:30 am - 3:00 pm (Supervise production, maintenance, and shipping)
2. 2nd shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm (Supervise 10 to 12 team members)

Responsibilities:

• Keep the production floor on task and prioritize workloads
• Manage the team, analyze productivity and efficiency, and make data-driven adjustments
• Use company systems to analyze data
• Analyze open order reports and plan production to meet customer demand promptly
• Maintain a culture of continuous improvement and engagement to advance the business and team

Qualifications:

• Supervisor or management experience in a manufacturing industry is required
• Within the first 90 days, understand production processes and demonstrate capability in job duties
