We’re seeking a hands‑on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, drive production goals, and champion safety, quality, GMP compliance, and Lean continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience in Food, Pharma, or Industrial environments
• Experience working in regulated environments (FDA, Government/Military contracts)
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and team development skills
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, GMP, EHS, and quality standards
• SAP experience preferred

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s + 1+ year manufacturing experience
• OR Associate’s + 5+ years manufacturing experience
• OR High School Diploma + 10+ years manufacturing experience (including 2+ years leading teams)
