Job Description Summary

The Production Supervision Manager will provide direction and assistance to the work group to meet objectives. You will oversee daily plant operations to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. You will make decisions, apply concepts to moderate issues, and resolve problems through immediate action or short-term planning.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Direct the work activities of hourly skilled trade employees in aircraft engine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Set clear expectations on production output, EHS compliance, and quality workmanship to facilitate the hourly workforce.
  • Manage daily workforce job allocations and shift support coordination.
  • Develop project-specific scopes of work, schedules, and manage larger maintenance and repair projects.
  • Maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Implement and participate in management initiatives.
  • Develop solutions collaboratively or based on organizational precedents.
  • Specify needs, communicate project approaches, and present research outcomes.
  • Work on cross-functional teams.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing or Production/Operations Supervision.
